Quilt Wrecks

Sometimes one little error can create pattern havoc.


But in other cases there's a lot more going on than just one mistake.



You get the feeling that quilters' ambitions
go way beyond their perceptual skills.

Or maybe a design wall would have helped.

Other examples... An unsupervised child?

And this one???
Notice on the left side center:
a maple leaf.

Done correctly once.
Just once.
